BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior Kari Smith and freshman Michelle Herman competed at the NCAA Mideast Regional meet on Saturday, Nov. 14. The race featured over 300 runners and nearly 50 different teams.

Cross country wraps up season at MAC Championship meet
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. --- The Lycoming College cross country teams finished their 2009 seasons on Saturday, Oct. 31 as the competed in the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship meet. Steve Brown and Michelle Herman were the first Warriors across the finish line.

Cross Country competes at East Stroudsburg Invitational
EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. --- Michelle Herman and Kari Smith of the women’s cross country team finished just three seconds apart at the East Stroudsburg Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 24. Both runners completed the five-kilometer course in the top-10 in a field of 90 runners.
